Timothée Chalamet is getting ready to return to Saturday Night Live — and he’s bringing his look-alikes with him.

In the new promo for Chalamet’s upcoming hosting gig, the Complete Unknown actor seeks assistance for his first time leading the comedy-sketch series as both its host and musical guest.

“I’ve never done this before. I’m having to be SNL host and musical guest in the same week. So, it’s a lot of work and I want to focus on the songs. So, I brought in some help to cover with all the hosting duties,” Chalamet said before four look-alikes show up dressed as Willy Wonka, Bob Dylan and more.

Chalamet continued: “Stuff like meeting with the writers or working on my monologue. And of course, you got to listen to Mikey Day brag about hosting Is It Cake?”

The Oscar-nominated actor then jokes that he has to be on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon simultaneously, so he sends one of his doppelgangers to cover for him.

It was announced earlier this month that Call Me by Your Name star was tapped to host SNL again and also perform as the musical guest — the first non-pro singer to serve as host and musical guest in 30 years. Chalamet learned how to sing and play guitar for his role as Bob Dylan in A Complete Unknown, which has earned him high praise.

The celebrity look-alike phenomenon started with a Chalamet event in New York in October, with the Dune actor even crashing the contest.

Since then, numerous look-alike competitions have taken place around the world for celebrities such as Paul Mescal, Glen Powell, Miles Teller, Zayn Malik and Harry Styles.

Chalamet first hosted SNL in 2020 and then again in 2023. His third time will be this Saturday, Jan. 25.
