Tom Schwartz is “so happy” for ex-wife Katie Maloney and her new boyfriend, Nick Martin.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star reacted to Maloney’s new relationship, exclusively telling Page Six he he wishes them all the best in their romance.
“I haven’t met her new man, but I’m so happy for her,” he told us at Lisa Vanderpump’s 6th Annual Vanderpump Dog Foundation Gala in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Friday night.
“Although, she did announce it on my birthday,” Schwartz jokingly added. “I think it was Nick [Viall’s] idea.”
The “Bachelor” alum’s media company produces Maloney’s “Disrespectfully” podcast, where she revealed her relationship status on Oct. 16.
However, Schwartz, 42, made it clear he has no hard feelings about his ex moving on. He told us he loves “to see her just thriving” after settling their divorce two years ago.
“I mean it, I love to see her happy,” he emphasized.

The Schwartz and Sandy’s co-owner went on to reveal that the exes are in a “really good place” as they continue co-parenting their two dogs.
“We’re buddies. We’re not BFFs — I don’t want to overhype it, but we’re cool,” he said. “We’re in a good place. We’re buddies again. There’s no friction or tension.”
Page Six confirmed Maloney, 37, was dating the Sleeping with Sirens musician in October.
A source exclusively told us that she and Martin met through mutual friends in the music industry and “bonded” over their respective endeavors in hospitality.
“Katie loves the emo music scene and has been a fan and friend of Nick’s band for some time,” the insider shared. “While the pair started out as friends, things took a turn this past summer in August and their relationship developed really quickly.”
The “Something About Her” co-owner had initially teased her new relationship without revealing her beau’s identity, saying she’s “in love” with “the most wonderful person.”
“He just makes me feel really special, and he’s really special, and yeah, I’m just really, really happy,” she gushed the episode of her “Disrespectfully” podcast, which coincided with Schwartz’s birthday.
