A new study has revealed the most anticipated TV shows which are being released in 2025 with one clear winner on top.
The study conducted by JeffBet analysed the number of Google searches for 35 upcoming shows which are set to be released in 2025 to find out which one Brits are most looking forward to.
A total of 15 search variations were used for each show including '[TV show] release date', '[TV show] new season,' and '[TV show] 2025.'

Stranger Things fans have been waiting almost three years for season five to be released so it's no surprise there that the Duffer Brothers sci-fi horror show is the most highly anticipated TV series of 2025 with 118,199 monthly Google searches.
The upcoming series will conclude the show with fans excited to see how the programme will wrap up after it first debuted in 2016.
On screen favourites including Winona Ryder as Joyce Byers and Millie Bobby Brown Brown as Eleven set to return.

In second place is Wednesday with 76,119 monthly Google searches. Jenna Ortega will return as Wednesday Addams in season two of Wednesday next year, as she continues to seek out supernatural mysteries at Nevermore Academy.
Ranking third is The Last Of Us with 36,298 monthly Google searches. Since the post-apocalyptic drama released its first season in January 2023, there has been a buzz around when series 2 will follow.
Pedro Pascal is set to reprise his role as Joel, while Bella Ramsey returns to play Ellie.
Coming in at fourth place is Severance with 35,959 monthly Google searches. The concept of Severance has created a huge fanbase for the show, with audiences eager to find out what writers have in store for series 2. Adam Scott will be returning as Mark Scout, and fans will see some new as well as old faces.
Rounding up the top five is Ginny and Georgia with 31, 665 monthly Google searches. After an unexpected season 2 finale, fans have been patiently waiting for the third season since January 2023.
While not much is known about the upcoming season, regular favourites will return to screens as well as some new faces.
Other shows which made the top ten include You, Euphoria, Daredevil: Born Again, Invincible and Emily in Paris.
