College football has reached Week 13 of the season and we are very close to the conference championship games. The College Football Playoff is also getting close to being finalized, giving each matchup over the next few weeks a little more juice.
Teams have solidified themselves as true contenders and pretenders throughout the season but unlike in other years, there isn't a clear-cut favorite among the better squads. This makes for more drama and fun as the season winds down.

5. USC @ UCLA
It doesn't matter how good each of these teams is when they take the field against one another, this rivalry remains very active. Both sides have underperformed this season but getting a win in this game could help smooth things over.
USC is 5-5 on the year while UCLA has rallied to hold a record of 4-6. Bragging rights for the city of Los Angeles are on the line in this one.
4. No. 16 Colorado @ Kansas
Kansas is fresh off taking down BYU last week and could push the Buffalos in this game. Colorado has a great shot to possibly make the College Football Playoff but will need to make sure they don't take these final few games for granted.
The Jayhawks have won three of their last four games overall, showing some fight to end the season. If Colorado isn't careful, they could end up just like BYU did last week in this matchup.
3. No. 9 Ole Miss @ Florida
Ole Miss could very well make a run at making the College Football Playoff but this game against Florida could be a trap. Florida just took down LSU last week at home and now gets another chance to spoil the season for an SEC rival.
The Gators have played better of late but the Rebels won't go down without a fight. We could see an old-fashioned dogfight from this contest, giving viewers something extremely exciting to watch.
2. No. 14 BYU @ No. 21 Arizona State
If anyone had Arizona State being this good before the season, they would likely be lying. The Sun Devils have been among the surprise teams this season and have an outside chance to make the College Football Playoff.
They get a good chance to add to that fact by facing a strong BYU team at home this weekend. The Cougars were upset last week and will be looking to redeem themselves in the eyes of the committee with a solid road win. Both teams will be trying to make a statement, giving this game some extra juice.
1. No. 5 Indiana @ No. 2 Ohio State
Easily the game of the week, the Hoosiers will get a chance to prove that they belong among the elite teams. Many people believe that Indiana has remained undefeated due to an easy schedule.
But this game against the Buckeyes on the road will put that theory to the test. If Indiana can take down Ohio State, they will cement themselves firmly as championship contenders.
