Top Dawg Entertainment is under fire after the label, its chief marketing officer and president were hit with a sexual misconduct lawsuit earlier this week. The plaintiffs are now accusing the label of doxxing in an amended lawsuit exclusively obtained by The Shade Room.
Details On Doxxing Claims Made In Amended Sexual Misconduct Lawsuit Against TDE
On February 5th, legal representation for plaintiffs Linda Luna and Ayah Altayri filed an amended complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court, accusing TDE of doxxing. Luna and Altayri initially filed the lawsuit as Jane Doe and Jane Roe, in an attempt to shield their identities from the public. TDE’s legal counsel, Marty Singer, responded to the suit in a statement that includes the names of both plaintiffs.
Luna and Altayri’s amended suit alleges they’ve suffered emotional distress as a result of their names being released, citing threatening and harassing messages from third parties, and a loss of income.
“Plaintiffs initially filed this lawsuit under the pseudonyms Jane Doe and Jane Roe, fearing for their reputations and safety if their names were publicly revealed,” the suit states. “On information and believe, Defendant TDE released a public statement to multiple news outlets n February 1, 2025 thought a representative stating that this was a ‘shakedown lawsuit by Linda Luna and Ayah Altayri,’ thus revealing Plaintiff’s names to the public.”
The suit includes alleged messages in which third parties state they hope Luna gets “raped and killed,” “burned alive,” and “sexually harassed.”
“Since her identity was revealed, Ms. Luna have received multiple harassing messages from third parties. Ms. Luna has also received multiple harassing messages towards her media relations company’s social media account. Following the release of Plaintiffs’ personally identifying information, two if Ms. Luna’s clients terminated their professional relationship with her.”
Women Accuse Executives Of Sexual Harassment, Battery, Assault, Negligence And Breach Of Contract
As previously reported, Luna and Altayri filed their initial lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior court. The initial suit describes incidents of sexual harassment, battery, assault and more involving Top Dawg Entertainment’s President Anthony Tiffith Jr and CMO Brandon Tiffith.
Luna’s claims date back to 2017, after she was allegedly contacted to render public relations and brand marketing services to TDE. The suit states that despite fulfilling the work, she did not receive full compensation from the TDE execs: “By mid-March, Ms. Luna was owed thousands of dollars. Her requests for payment from Mr. Tiffith Jr. continued to be ignored, except for the occasional partial payment of a few hundred dollars.”
Both plaintiffs outline instances of sexual assault, including an alleged interaction between Altayri and Brandon Tiffith. Tiffith is accused of rubbing his “erect genitalia against her buttocks” without her consent.
TDE’s attorney responded to the allegations in a press release sent to The Shade Room.
“This is a clear example of a shakedown lawsuit by Linda Luna and Ayah Altayri who made a demand of $48 million through their attorneys on fabricated claims, and whose attorneys are looking for their ten minutes of fame. There are text messages and communications that totally refute these baseless claims. Additionally, Ms. Luna and Ms. Altayri were never employees of Top Dawg Entertainment. We are confident that we will prevail in this action.”
Both women are suing for damages related to emotional distress, financial loss, and punitive damages, accusing TDE of allowing the misconduct.
