For the first time in Amy Slaton‘s life, she shops for high heels. During 1000-Lb Sisters season 6, she and her sister, Tammy Slaton, are totally transformed. The TLC stars have not only lost hundreds of pounds between them, but they’ve reinvented their looks and changed their entire lives, too.

These days, Amy’s life looks different from when fans first met her on 1000-Lb Sisters.

At one point in season 6, the mom describes how she feels “like a deflated balloon,” following her drastic weight loss.

The reality TV star dropped almost 200 pounds since the show first began back in 2020.

Now, Amy sobs as the reality of her weight loss hits her like a ton of bricks.

During a heartwarming moment, the star heads to a shoe shop and tries on some open toe heels as well as a chunky-heeled boot. Amy laughs as she “finds her sea legs” in heels before crying during a confessional.

The moment sees her realize how far she’s come with her weight loss.
