TV star makes billions with loving hubby as her 'unofficial assistant'

Jennifer Yeo opens the Sold on SLC trailer with the words: “Do I look like a boss? Good.” And that she certainly is, so much so that her husband steps in as her “unofficial assistant.” Jennifer lets the cameras in on her life as a luxury real estate broker. She’s a CEO who says when she started her brokerage she “literally couldn’t afford a printer.”

Nowadays, life looks a little different for Jennifer. She tells the cameras: “Last year, we sold $1.2 billion.” The Bravo star says she has the “best team in the business” who “follow the Jen commandments.”

Jennifer Yeo’s made millions in sales

Jennifer explains her company has made over a billion dollars in one year, and her Zillow profile states she’s made over 193 sales herself. The average price of a property she’d sell is listed at $770,000.

She’s been in the business almost two decades and judging by her Below Deck appearance two years back, she’s certainly not short on cash thanks to her career.

According to Jennifer’s Presidio Real Estate website, she has over 600 licensed agents working for her and has made over $4bn in transactions.

A real estate broker can have an annual salary of almost $400k, per GlassDoor. But, given that Jen is the CEO, we can assume she’s earning a lot more.

Jennifer’s hubby is her biggest support

While Jennifer founded Presidio in 2011, her husband, Darin Birschbach, opted for a different career.

Per his LinkedIn page, Darin was employed as Branch Manager at Arizona Tile around 17 years ago.

He studied Hospitality and Tourism at university and graduated in 1999, but went on to work in Salt Lake City for the company that sells (yep, you guessed it) – tiles.

Despite being a Brand Manager, Darin also now opts for the title of his wife’s “unofficial assistant.”

Though Jen’s hubby’s Instagram profile is private, he dubs himself her right-hand man in his bio.

He’s not as public when it comes to social media as his wife. But, Jen’s followers can get the latest on the couple via her page as she often shares adorable snaps of them together. They appear to love a vacation, and each other a whole lot!
