TV star pleased with facelift 10 months on but now 'needs younger boyfriend'

RHODubai star Caroline Stanbury has been documenting the steps of her facelift online. In a recent update, she shares a glowing review of the results.

Caroline Stanbury is happy to divulge all to her fans, including a gruelling medical procedure. In November 2023, the Real Housewives of Dubai star underwent a facelift and has been documenting the painful recovery on social media. She released another update to YouTube about her recovery, a year on.

Caroline’s facelift makes her ‘look younger than boyfriend’

RHODubai season two premiered on Bravo on June 2, 2024. Filmed in the months prior to its release it features Caroline and her ‘lifted’ face.

The 48-year-old told E! News, prior to the premiere, about the huge numbers of fans who had seen her social media coverage of the procedure. “I think about 46,000,000 people actually saw it,” she told the outlet.

Stanbury had shared video and photo updates of every step of her recovery following the procedure done by Los Angeles surgeon Steve Kim.

The entrepreneur was blown away by the amount of people that tuned into her journey: “I didn’t know it was going out that big because I knew other celebrities, obviously, have had facelifts. I didn’t know everyone would be that interested.”

Caroline’s doting husband, Sergio Carrillo, remembered picking his wife up from surgery as an incredibly emotional time.

“This was probably one of the hardest moments of my life,” the 29-year-old wrote on Instagram. “Seeing the person that you love with all your heart suffering and in pain how she was. It was very hard.”

The pair are known for joking around online and Caroline couldn’t resist another quip at her younger beaux: “I look younger than Sergio now. I need a younger boyfriend.”

Caroline thinks she looks absolutely ‘fabulous’ ten months on

On October 5, Stanbury released another update to YouTube on her personal account. Seated in her closet she talks directly into a microphone with the camera up close and personal on her visage.

She begins the update claiming that “so many women in their early forties, fifties and sixties” have been “dying to see” how her “scars are healing” ten months on from the procedure.

Stanbury questioned why anyone would wait until their seventies to undergo this procedure, as often women are told to “hang on” before undergoing this procedure: “Hang on till we look desperate.”

“All I can say is, it’s actually been the best decision of my life.” Caroline boldly claimed.

Discussing the results the Brit said that: “My neck has just changed my life. My neck, my lower face. My face looks happier, the lower edges of my mouth are up.”

The only minor “downside” the Housewife claimed was that her “mouth looks a bit bigger”, though she did add that she had a big mouth before.

Feeling that her face has now “completely settled” the star isn’t pining for the super “tight” version of her look she had in the few months following the procedure. Though she claimed during those months she looked like a “supermodel” she is loving this more natural version.

“I need to stop checking myself out in the mirror,” she said. Before she added, in a flurry of joy, that her face is: “Fabulous, fabulous, f***ing fabulous!”
