TV star tells 'ladies' her man's free for the taking in 'most polite break-up post ever'

Sharelle Rosado, 37, and Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson, 46, have seemingly split following a tweet posted by the reality star this October. Sharelle, who rose to TV fame on Selling Tampa, takes to social media this fall to tell the world her former partner of 10 years is now a “free man.”

In what fans are calling “the most polite break-up post” going, Netflix star Sharelle shares the news she’s now single. She and Chad started dating in 2014 and were engaged to be married prior to Sharelle’s tweet. However, as of October 26, it appears things are ‘off’.

Less than a week ago, Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson was taking to the comments section of Sharelle Rosado’s Instagram posts.

Commenting on a snap of her dressed to the nines and dripping in diamonds, Chad wrote: “I love you, I know I’m not your type but you gave me a chance like a kid from the Make a Wish foundation.”

However, since the photo was posted, Sharelle shares the two’s relationship has been called off.

Taking to X (Twitter) on October 26, Sharelle wrote: “Chad and I are no longer together please stop tagging us. He is a free man ladies.”

During their relationship, Chad and Sharelle got engaged, and he even upgraded her ring last year.

The two also welcomed their first child together, Serenity ‘Hurricane’ Paula Johnson, in 2022.

Now, the founder and CEO of Florida-based Allure Realty is surprising fans with her “polite breakup announcement.”

Many people take to the comments of Sharelle’s tweet to say Chad “fumbled,” adding how the split is “his loss.”

More say they’re sad about the couple’s split, writing: “…this is actually kind of disappointing. I liked you two together and usually I don’t care.”

Others send their support Sharelle’s way, commenting: “Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear this. I loved you guys together! Praying for your strength! I know breakups can be terrible!”
