From Kris Jenner’s 20ft peppermint Christmas tree to lifesize bears, there’s never a dull day in The Kardashians’ homes over the festive season. So, what are are the most lavish Xmas decs they’ve done?!

Picture this. You’re sipping on your morning coffee, walking through Kim Kardashian‘s house to the sounds of a Christmas AM pianist, and then drive over to Kris Jenner‘s for a look at her 20ft tree.

Kourtney Kardashian has an upside down tree

Kourtney not only has an upside-down rogue Christmas tree, but also crimson-colored trees all through her living space. She went slightly different and even included crooked red candles in her 2024 decor.

In slide 11 of the below snaps, she showed off her festive decorations, which includes about six lit-up trees below her stairs alone, all with red baubles, and a series of Elf on the Shelf characters hanging.

Weirdly though, her lavish decor is lacking in her living area, which features just one typical Christmas tree. She also has a giant snow globe and a huge tree holding centre-stage behind an oval open wall.

Kylie Jenner had lifesize polar bears at Christmas

In 2020, Kylie Jenner wowed with her decor. In front of a small Christmas tree featured four life-like white polar bears in various sizes, giving her living room a North Pole feel.

She must have gone inspiration from her mom, Kris, who showed off her giant trees, life-sized mechanical moving reindeer and a polar bear sculpture just three years beforehand.

Kylie also had The Grinch and multiple elves all over her second mansion, and even lined the palm tree near her pool with gold lights. And she couldn’t wait, because she got the decs out in November!

Kris Jenner spent thousands on 20ft tree

Kris Jenner is believed to spend the main bulk of the famous family’s overall cost of $157,000 on Christmas decorations, including her 20-foot peppermint-bedecked tree and garland-covered foyer.

She supposedly spends a whopping $36,500 on Christmas decorations alone, which includes what is believed to be 300 designer baubles that range from $5 to $45-plus, totalling about $7,500.

Kim Kardashian debuts her bathroom forest

Kim literally has an entire Christmas forest in her bathroom. After walking through a hallway full of lit-up trees, to the sounds of her morning pianist playing music, you step into a winter wonderland.

She showers to the view of floor-to-ceiling trees at the windows every day and wrote on her Instagram Story: “In my bathroom, I always have plants out there, and there’s like a whole balcony.”

“You can go through my shower out there, but right now this is all I see and it’s so beautiful,” she added. Every year, Kim floods her entire hallway with Christmas trees and it truly is magical.

Khloe has THREE trees in her living room

No baubles or anything, but Khloe Kardashian does sort of win on the aesthetic front. She has two gigantic trees to the left of her TV, a lit-up garland around her fireplace, and a tree by the window.

Outside her home features blinding Christmas trees lining the pathway, and inside, her main dining area table is adorned with super bougie candles in glass vases for her festive dinners.

Kendall Jenner goes for a classy look

Kendall Jenner‘s Christmas decor may seem subtle compared to her sisters, but she literally dressed up her doll house even more than her own mansion. But it’s all hand-me-downs from her mom!

She decorates with simple green garlands decorated with pine cones, classic trees, a doll house, and a vintage Santa. So what is extra about it? Well, she’s the only Kardashian with Charlie Brown Xmas trees.
