The United States is expected to announce that it will provide Ukraine with $1.25 billion in military assistance, The Associated Press (AP) reported on Friday.
Citing U.S. officials who spoke on condition of anonymity, the AP said the announcement should come on Monday as President Joe Biden's administration attempts to provide Kyiv with as much aid as possible before President-elect Donald Trump takes office on January 20.
