Liam Payne’s Buenos Aires Hotel Raided By City Police AGAIN-- 2 Hotel Workers & A Friend Being Investigated

This is an unexpected twist in the case of Liam Payne‘s death!

Following the shocking death of the 31-year-old singer two months ago at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel, investigators have been working hard to find everyone responsible. The One Direction alum died after a fall from his balcony while so high on drugs he likely didn’t know what he was doing. Three people were charged with abandonment of a person followed by death and the supply and facilitation of narcotics. This includes Liam’s friend Rogelio “Roger” Nores, alleged drug supplier Braian Nahuel Paiz, and an unidentified worker from the hotel.

It has been determined he did not die by suicide. Investigators say he was so high he almost certainly wasn’t even conscious at the time of his death. So ultimately, prosecutors still feel these three are at fault for Liam’s death — those who got him high and left him to his own devices.

But they’re not the only ones allegedly to blame! According to new documents obtained by Rolling Stone on Tuesday, a judge has charged two more hotel workers! Whoa!

In the documents, which were filed on Monday, the judge lists the CasaSur Palermo manager and its receptionist head, who called 911 on the day of Liam’s death, as “imputados” or “people charged” in the case. Wait, the guy who called the cops to try to save him?? It’s unclear what the charges are at this time. The judge only asked that the two people be notified of the accusations and all suspects to be questioned as part of the investigation. The doc states:

“Since there is sufficient reason to suspect that they have participated in the investigated act, we ask that the following people give a statement.”

All five suspects will be interrogated in court this month, starting on December 17 and ending on December 19. They can refuse to answer any questions via their attorneys. An after the interrogations, the judge will decide if the defendants should be further prosecuted or dropped from the case. Wow. We guess the judge did take Roger’s suggestion that the hotel is to blame for Liam’s death seriously!

The Teardrops artist’s pal has repeatedly denied the allegations against him. His team filed legal documents in Argentina, arguing that he was not at fault here. Instead, he claimed the hotel was since the operations manager knew Liam was drunk and high on drugs and did not help him. Per Nores, they allegedly didn’t even have a 24-hour doctor available, which is required by law, to check on him the second he checked into the hotel. He further alleged the hotel manager left Liam alone in the room before he died, despite knowing the state he was in.

Roger isn’t the only one who denies the accusations. Braian has since done so as well. We have not heard what the other hotel workers have to say for themselves yet. Will they come forward and be just as outspoken as these two suspects have been so far? We’ll see. Reactions to the latest in the case, Perezcious readers? Sound OFF in the comments.
