Why is Kyle Richards SO mad at Dorit Kemsley about Teddi Mellencamp?!

Kyle Richards is super angry with her RHOBH co-star, Dorit Kemsley. They’ve been feuding for a while, but for some reason, she’s now picking a bone with her about their mutual friend, Teddi Mellencamp.

We’re just confused, basically. First, Kyle Richards sends Dorit Kemsley a text last reunion that made her furious, and now she’s mad at her yet again, but for a completely different reason.

Kyle Richards reignites feud with Dorit

Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley have been arguing ever since that reunion text last season. Although they used to be BFFs, they’re both going through separations from their estranged husbands.

Instead of leaning on each other for support, their respective public splits from long-term husbands Mauricio Umansky and PK Kemsley have just left them taking it out on their long-gone friendship.

Last season, Dorit claimed a text from Kyle was “manipulative” and “trying to silence” her. At the time, Kyle said their friendship is in a weird place, and had heard Dorit said hurtful things about her off-camera.

Fast-forward to today and their drama is playing out in full on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Their feud is based on a series of reasons, with Kyle saying she feels Dorit doesn’t treat her well.

Dorit said the tipping point of their friendship ending was when Kyle sent her the infamous text message. She added that she thinks that Kyle is used to being “aggressive” to her, and is “walked all over.”

Why is she so mad at her over Teddi?!

Kyle has revealed how Dorit didn’t defend their mutual friend and former RHOBH cast member, Teddi Mellencamp, at BravoCon and Dorit’s just like, Teddi is mostly Kyle’s friend.

But do we not remember the reunion when Teddi felt left out of Dorit’s swimwear line?! Their issues were aired on the reunion four years ago, before Mellencamp ended up leaving the show for good.

Kyle asked Dorit, “You didn’t want to speak up for Teddi?” Basically, an audience member asked Kyle a rude question about their friend Teddi at BravoCon 2023, and Dorit kept her mouth shut.

“I was offended when that man said that thing about Teddi, you’re Teddi’s friend, you wouldn’t say anything because it’s not the popular thing to say,” Richards then accused.

Dorit threw that back in Kyle’s face and said: “Kyle, I’m not you. That’s you. I don’t give a flying F what anyone’s opinion is. I didn’t want to speak up or draw any more attention to that guy and the comment.”

She’s convinced Kyle is clutching at straws just to blame her for something. Dorit said, “Her being mad at me because I didn’t stick up for a friend, mostly of hers, just felt like a big stretch.”
