The partnership between Wolverine Worldwide and Chapters Brand Group will enhance footwear brand Cat's UK presence in stores and online, the brand said in a release.
Cat, also known as Caterpillar, is currently available at Tower London, Urban Outfitters and over 40 independent stores in the UK.
Footwear agency Chapters Brand Group was established in 2023 after it was rebranded from 33 Joints with a vision to expand into more markets.
Father and son Malcolm and Antony Nathan established 33 Joints in 2007 and its portfolio of brands now includes Osprey London, Scholl, Original Penguin, Lambretta, Wrangler and Elle.
Antony Nathan said: "I am personally delighted to be working with the Cat brand, as they are one of the best, well-known brands in the world.
"It is uniquely special to me, as my father was international sales director, back in the 90s heyday."
