A woman's movie-themed dinner party inspired by a festive favorite has delighted viewers online.
Kenzie, who is known on TikTok as @kenziethetexan, had banded together with her friends to throw an unforgettable movie-themed party inspired by the Christmas film The Holiday, written and directed by Nancy Meyers.
A short video capturing the event, posted on November 14, has since gone viral, amassing over 276,000 likes. The creative gathering featured attendees dressed as characters from the film, making for a heartwarming tribute to the modern classic.
Viewers on TikTok were able to see, Kenzie, a content creator and podcast host, inside her Meyers-inspired home while perfectly dressed as Amanda Woods, the character played by Cameron Diaz in the 2006 film.
The video had began with Kenzie, embodying Woods in perhaps her most memorable outfit—an adorably frazzled ensemble complete with a knitted hat and scarf, reminiscent of Woods' arrival at the charming Rosehill Cottage in England.
The clip unfolds to reveal Kenzie's friends, each donning costumes that capture iconic moments and characters from The Holiday, including Jude Law's Mr. Napkin Head.
Throughout the video, snippets of the movie play on a television in the background, further immersing the party in the world of The Holiday.
