X Factor's Stevi Ritchie has candidly shared his weight loss journey, revealing he's shed an impressive four stone. The 44 year old, who shot to fame on the 11th series of the talent show in 2014, confessed in 2023 that he now feels he has a "lovely body now" after previously feeling "hideous" about his weight, reports OK!.
Stevi, who regularly posts gym updates for his nearly 30K Instagram followers, stated earlier this year: "It's important to try and keep in good shape," as he proudly showed off his chiselled abs. Speaking to The Sun, Stevi revealed: "I've had a four stone loss at 42 years old, so I've got my abs now which is great," before admitting he "never" thought he could achieve it.

Seeing his defined abs and biceps has further motivated him to maintain his new routine and newfound confidence. Singer Stevi, who also made it to the final of Celebrity Big Brother in 2015, joked about wanting to "be a stripper" now that he's got abs – suggesting Magic Mike would be perfect for him.
The star has been open about his weight loss journey, sharing transformation photos on his Instagram feed in September last year.
