Young Thug Shares GF Mariah The Scientist’s Reaction To Leaked Jail Call With Other Woman

Earlier this week, a leaked 2022 jail call between Young Thug and Instagram model Leena Sayed surfaced—quickly setting the internet ablaze. However, the uproar hasn’t just been about the call itself but the fact that Young Thug was reportedly dating Mariah The Scientist at the time.

In the clip, the rapper can be seen and heard advising a visibly distraught Sayed to “move on” and “find love” with someone new.

On top of that, in another leaked call, Thug nonchalantly mentioned speaking to up to 10 women each week, “just to pass the time.” In that call with a friend of his, he admitted that he didn’t want to hurt Mariah because he feels she “loves him too much.”

The revelations have sparked reactions from Thug and Mariah The Scientist, who he expressed is less than amused.

On Christmas Day (Dec. 25), Thug took to X to share his girlfriend’s blunt response to the situation: “She so mad, I said merry Christmas and she said thank u [skull emoji],” he posted.

While the “From A Woman” crooner has yet to publicly address the leaked calls, Thug already issued an apology online. “Sorry to my baby for all this bullsht on the internet,” he tweeted on Christmas Eve (Dec. 24). “Love u baby and f*ck em all we know what’s up with us!”

The 33-year-old also clarified his relationship with Sayed, denying any romantic involvement in a series of candid posts. “Man me and twin was talking bout some whole other serious sh*t,” he wrote upon the leaked footage.

“I don’t know why she spoke on loving other people or anything else cause ain’t giving no f*ck bout no h*es or ni**as,” he explained. “I’m the capital P lol that’s my twin and nothing else. Never have never will lol.”

Doubling down, the Atlanta rapper added, “I can have that lil sh*t right now if I wanted it, but she been pushing the P harder than ni**as lol that’s the twin…I got who I want.”

Sayed also addressed the controversy, shutting down speculation about any lingering romance with Young Thug.

On her Instagram Story, she clarified that the conversation in question happened before she met her child’s father, boxer Devin Haney. “That video was before I met my bd,” she explained. “I would never talk to Thug or any other man.”

However, in the jail call, she could be seen/heard telling Thug, “I only want you, I don’t like anyone else.”

The state of Young Thug and Mariah The Scientist’s relationship hasn’t been made clear, but the two were seemingly spotted flicking in up in ski gear on Christmas Day.
