YouTuber Yung Filly has been charged with reckless driving while out on bail in Perth, Australia.

The internet personality, real name Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, faces accusations of sexual penetration without consent of a woman in her 20s at his Australian hotel in Perth on September 28 after his performance at Bar1 Nightclub in Hillarys on the evening of September 27.

He has been charged with four counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault and one count of impeding a person's normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure to their neck. Following an initial hearing on 10 October, Valencia Barrientos was granted conditional bail - where he was ordered not to mention his case via social media and instructed not to contact his accuser.

The singer must also remain in Western Australia, report daily to the police and post a personal $100,000 (£50,255) cash surety. And now, while out on bail, he has been charged with reckless driving after the star was allegedly clocked by a speed camera driving at 158kph on a Perth highway in November.

Police have said the driving incident occurred on the evening of November 17 on Roe Highway in High Wycombe near the Kalamunda Road interchange. The speed limit there is 100kph. The car he was driving at the time has been impounded and he will appear in court over the driving charge next Thursday.

It will be the same day the presenter will appear on the assault and choking charges. His bail over the initial charges was granted under conditions set by Magistrate Tanya Watt. She also insisted that Filly stays in Western Australia while the investigation is ongoing and has to check in daily with police. He also had to pay a hefty £50,000 cash surety.

Ms Watt also refused the police's attempt to keep the BBC presenter in prison. Images of the woman's injuries were also provided to the magistrate. "No ordinary person can consent in those circumstances," the prosecutor said of the pictures, adding: "Across her body is a history of violent acts, … we say those photos and what is alleged is beyond the pale, beyond what could be considered to be a consensual act."
