Zendays showed off her ring for the first time at the Golden Globes

While the engagement ring, believed to be a 5.02-carat East-West Cushion Diamond Button Back Ring from Jessica McCormack, was the obvious sign that rang the alarm, there was a smaller, less noticeable permanent seal of their love right on her body. The Euphoria actress has a tiny "t" tattooed under her armpit.

The tiny "t" tattoo made a sneaky appearance on the carpet

Getting a significant other's tattoo is very symbolic, and while "t" could stand for anything like "tablecloth" to "trampoline" a tattoo artist confirmed they got matching ink with PEOPLE.

According to a tattoo artist named Lily Jarnryd, they got discreet tattoos of each other’s initials the day before Thanksgiving on November 27 at Boston Tattoo Company on Newbury Street.

The Golden Globe winner got a “t” tattoo underneath her armpit, while the Uncharted star got a  “z” on top of his ribcage. "They were lovely to meet, and it was a lot of fun!" they told the outlet.

Zendaya and Tom Holland went public in 2021

The pair first went public with their relationship in 2021 after denying they were anything more than friends. According to  TMZ, Holland proposed at one of Zendaya's family homes over the holidays.

An insider told PEOPLE Holland had wanted to propose to her  "for a while," and he "always knew she was the one." The actor told friends about the proposal around New Year's.

As for when they'll say "I do?" the source said they're enjoying the engagement and aren't rushing.  "They will just enjoy things for now and won't rush a wedding," they said. "They are both busy with work projects."
