April 29, 2024 marks 13 years since Kate Middleton and Prince William tied the knot in a lavish wedding ceremony that was watched around the world but their royal love story started much earlier!

Over the years, many have considered Kate and Prince to be the royal it-couple. From their darling coordinated looks to the sweet interactions people catch on video, many have fallen for the royals (and have gone absolutely nuts when people catch a PDA moment between the two)!
Now, contrary to popular thought, there are no royal etiquettes in place when it comes to members of the family engaging in public displays of affection. Etiquette expert Myka Meier previously told People in 2018 that no official rules are in place. “Senior members of the royal family would likely not be told how to interact or when they can or can not show PDA and would be trusted to use their better judgment as to when it’s appropriate,” she said.
While Prince Harry and Meghan Markle never fail to miss an affectionate moment, Kate and William keep the PDA to a minimum. The most common form of PDA we see from the Prince and Princess of Wales is actually their iconic looks of love for one another — but that doesn’t mean they’ve never kissed in front of an adoring crowd before.
From cheeky moments on the red carpet to big smooches after sporting events, William and Kate know the time and place that they want to relax their personal PDA rules — and it sends fans into a frenzy every single time.
