Actress and former supermodel Dayle Haddon has died aged 76 from suspected carbon monoxide poisoning.
The star was discovered at her son-in-law actor Marc Blucas' Pennsylvania home at around 6.30am local time on Friday after local authorities received a 911 call, according to a representative of the department, as per People.
The police report detailed finding a 76-year-old man unconscious on the first floor of the home, who was later confirmed by police to be Walter Blucas, former District 10 chairman of Pennsylvania. He was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Jersey, where he is currently receiving treatment.

They later discovered a deceased woman on the second floor of the home, with deputy coroner of Bucks County Eliot Gross, confirming to USA Today that it was Haddon.
He shared that a toxicology report is being conducted in order to determine her official cause of death.
Family members who were located in the main property of the house remained unaffected by the suspected leak, according to ABC 6.

An update to the police report details, "The investigation indicates a faulty flue and exhaust pipe on a gas heating system caused the carbon monoxide leak.
"This tragic incident serves as a stark reminder of the importance of carbon monoxide safety precautions in our homes."
Marc had previously spoken about renovating the 310-year-old farmhouse he called a home, alongside Dayle's daughter and his wife, Ryan.

In a 2021 Instagram post, the Buffy the Vampire Slayer actor shared that he had obtained his contractor's licence and would be working on the property.
"When we moved to Pennsylvania 10 years ago, my wife took a giant leap of faith … by allowing me to pursue a dream to find a historic property that I could restore for our growing family," he wrote.
"That's a really nice way of saying I wanted to buy – and live in – a shithole. A place I could re-imagine. One that was going to require patience, love and effort to make it a finished product."

Haddon was top supermodel, signing to major cosmetic companies Revlon, Max Factor, Estée Lauder and L'Oréal throughout her career.
She was famous for appearing on the cover 1973 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, Playboy and Vogue covers, among others.
The Canadian model was also a prolific actress, appearing in films such as The World's Greatest Athlete, Cyborg, North Dallas Forty, Bullets Over Broadway, and many more.

The UNICEF ambassador and humanitarian who formed her own charity WomenOne was also a trailblazer in modelling, re-entering it when she was older and tirelessly campaigning for an end to age discrimination in the entertainment industry.
She even authored two books – Ageless Beauty and The 5 Principles of Ageless Living – on the topic.
Dayle is survived by Ryan and Marc and their two children.

Ryan posted a lengthy tribute to her mother, sharing a number of photos of her mother's many eras on Instagram.
It read, in part, "The bright light that is Dayle has dimmed in this Earthly realm. Shining somewhere as radiantly as ever where it's most needed, I have no doubt.
"I honour her. I bow to her. I revere all the paths and adventures taken. I saw her be golden and always reach for the Light in all areas of her life.
"A pure heart. A rich inner life. Touching so many lives. A life well lived. Rest in Light, Mum."
