Apple Music debuts new ‘The Best of 2024’ playlists

Apple Music has kicked off its year-end celebration with a collection of playlists recognizing ‘The Best of 2024.’ Here are all the details.

13 new playlists highlight the year’s best tracks

Apple Music users can open the Music app on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and more to find the new collection of ‘Best of 2024’ playlists curated by Apple’s editorial team.

Inside the app, Apple provides links to the playlists via the New tab and also from Search. There are currently 13 playlists total, including:

• Best of danceXL 2024
• Best of ALT CTRL 2024
• Best of Africa Now 2024
• Best of Viral Hits 2024
• Best of Rap Life 2024
• Best of Superbloom 2024
• Best of La Oficial 2024
• Best of Alpha 2024
• Best of A-List Pop 2024
• Best of Today’s Country 2024
• Best of R&B Now 2024
• Best of KPOPWRLD 2024

Like it does every year, Apple Music is also planning to make ‘best of’ picks in categories like Artist of the Year very soon. Expect those later this week.

If you’re interested in reviewing your most played tracks from the year, Apple Music Replay offers a dedicated site year-round, and your personalized Replay 2024 playlist can be found at the bottom of the Home tab in the Music app.
