The rumors related to Asus ROG Phone 9 series are doing the rounds of the internet for a very long time now. In a recent development, it has been revealed that the series will make a global debut on November 19, 2024. It will consists of two smartphones – Asus ROG Phone 9 and ROG Phone 9 Pro. Both the smartphones will be shipping the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor.
Apart from that, the expected pricing of the smartphone has also leaked online for the European market. According to a listing by the ComputeSalg online store in Denmark, the base model of the series will be priced at EUR 1,320 which converts to roughly INR 1,17,000. This clearly means that the Asus ROG Phone 9 Pro will shoot up around INR 1,30,000. Considering that its predecessor is available in India for Rs 93,999, high chances are that the Pro variant will reach the Indian shores at toned down prices.

The main highlight of the Asus ROG Phone 9 series will be the inclusion of Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. In addition, we will also get to see an LTPO OLED display with 185Hz refresh rate. The device may also get 24GB LPDDR5X RAM along with 1TB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. It will run on the ROG UI based on the latest Android 15 operating system.

In terms of optics, we can get to see a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP Sony LYT-700 primary shooter with Gimbal Optimal Image Stabilization (OIS), 50MP macro shooter, and a 13MP ultra wide angle shooter.
