BBC The Traitors fans say 'take the money already' as they predict season 3 winner

2 days ago 4

The Traitors fans have already picked their favourite to win just two episodes into the third series, which premiered on January 1. With a large sum of up to £120,000 at stake, the show welcomed 25 contestants, all eager to come out on top.

In keeping with the game's format, host Claudia Winkleman selected her three Traitors in the opening episode. Linda, a retired opera singer; Armani, a financial investigator; and Minah, a call centre manager, were identified as the undercover villains.

Though still new to viewers, fans are placing their bets on Traitor Minah to snatch the victory.

The 29-year-old has managed to keep her Traitor status secret, whereas her fellow Traitors have raised suspicions among the Faithfuls.

After the second episode aired on January 2, devotees of the show expressed their opinions on X, previously known as Twitter, reports Wales Online.

One fan emphatically tweeted: "Rewatching Episode 2 (because why not? ) - Minah has to win, I'm sorry."

Another was equally supportive, commenting: "Need Minah to win and take the money already," while yet another said: "Minah has to win. She's actually such a good Traitor."

There was also high praise for the BBC One contestant from another viewer, who posted: "Minah is such a queen. I'm obsessed with her."

The Traitors fans believe Minah is the strongest Traitor

Some comparisons have been drawn between Minah and previous winners, with one spectator claiming: "Got a feeling Minah will turn out to be a Harry type character."

Meanwhile, another added humour to their prediction by saying: "Minah is gonna be the season's Harry, the rest of them are useless."

Harry Clark, who deftly played the role of a Traitor, clinched an astounding £95,000 prize in the second season of the hit series, which graced television screens last year.

Enthusiastic BBC watchers didn't just heap admiration on the Liverpudlian; they also acclaimed her as the most impressive traitor to date. A viewer asserted: "I do feel that Minah is the strongest Traitor out of the current three women so far." (sic)

Moreover, another fan lavished praise by commenting: "Minah is a really good Traitor - cool, calm, collected and blending in with the game. That's how you be a good Traitor. Armani is trying too hard and Linda is under the knife."

The Traitors returns tomorrow at 9pm on BBC1 and iPlayer .
