Cher reveals shocking details about producer's indecent proposal

This has been unsettling for many, as famous celebrity Cher recently revealed that late music producer and convicted murderer Phil Spector asked her to be intimate with him when she was 15 years old and he was in his 20s.

The 78-year-old singer made this strong confession in her memoirs called Cher: Part One, The Memoir: Part One of a Two-Part Memoir from the Iconic Artist and Actor, commenting that she met Spector through her ex-boyfriend, the musician Antonino Lo Tempio, likewise, commented that it bothered her how he looked at her from top to bottom.

"He could have been a demigod to many, but he acted strange and I didn't like the way he looked at me," she said. Thing got awkward at times but she managed to remain calm and continue his career without any issues with the producer.

Likewise, Cher said that the man asked her to sleep with him in French, and was surprised when he saw that she responded in the same language. "'Voulez-vous coucher avec moi?' he said to me, smiling, asking me to sleep with him," Cher recalled.

"Without breaking a sweat, I looked back at him and replied: 'Oui, pour l'argent,'" she recalled responding, asking for payment for intimacy. She bravely responded to the problem and managed it well.

"He almost fell off his chair. He didn't expect that from anyone," she added. But that wasn't their only negative interaction, she later confronted him for illegally using her voice on a single he released in Europe.

Cher said he tried to intimidate her by pulling out a gun and twirling it around her fingers, but she didn't give in. Spector died in 2021 at the age of 84 in a California prison while serving his 19 years to life sentence for murdering actress Lana Clarkson.
