Ben Affleck’s Dramatic Hair Change May Signify How He’s Handling the Single Life After JLO Divorce

Every few months, Ben Affleck goes through another hair transformation. It’s almost like clockwork after his and Jennifer Lopez‘s divorce. Back in Aug 2024, he had a biker, faux-hawk hairstyle, which he then transformed again in Oct 2024, dyeing all of his gray hairs away. But now, he’s fully embracing the gray hairs now that he’s officially single.

In photos obtained by DailyMail, we can see Affleck showing off the natural grays in his hair and beard, while he was out with his son Samuel at a park in Los Angeles earlier this week. This is truly a huge difference from the gray-covering hairdo he had months prior. But now, since he’s officially, and legally, single again, it seems he’s embracing who he is.

As we said, earlier this week, he and Lopez are officially single, and sources even told People that he’s dating again. “Ben’s casually dating,” they said. “This doesn’t seem to be a focus though,” the insider adds. 

For those who don’t know, Lopez and Affleck met on the set of the film Gigli. They started dating soon after and got engaged by the end of 2002. However, they were broken up by 2004 after canceling their wedding days prior to it.

Then, in 2021, Lopez and Affleck rekindled their romance. A year later, they got engaged and married in a lavish ceremony. However, they then filed for divorce in 2024. As of Feb 2025, they’re divorced, and now living their single lives again.

While neither has been in a relationship since their split, Affleck was linked to RFK Jr’s daughter Kick Kennedy. However, it seems they were just pals!
