Beyoncé's NFL Halftime Show: How to Watch

2 days ago 1

Is Beyoncé about to head out on tour again, or will this be the one and only concert of the Cowboy Carter era? Though she took Renaissance around the world, the superstar hasn't performed her country album live, but riding high on a wave of Grammy nominations, she's about to start.

On Christmas Day, Beyoncé will perform the halftime show in Houston (her hometown), where the Texans are hosting the Baltimore Ravens. Here's everything to know about the performance:

When is Beyoncé performing?

The game starts at 4:30pm Eastern on December 25, 2024. According to, uh, Google, NFL games tend to take about three hours, meaning that halftime will be around 6pm Eastern.

Please note: Netflix is also carrying the Chiefs/Steelers game at 1:30pm Eastern, but Beyoncé won't be at that one. Will another massively successful pop star? We can't say.

How can I watch?

On Netflix! From the streamer's first release, it looks like all subscribers will be able to watch the game, and therefore the performance, live. In another statement, Netflix clarified that the games will also air on broadcast TV in the competing team cities, and will be available on mobile devices in the U.S. that have NFL+. This release did not specify whether the halftime show will be included in those broadcasts, so you might want to grab a Netflix log-in to be safe.

What will she sing?

Tunes off Cowboy Carter for sure. According to Netflix's press release, Bey's show “will be the first live performance of songs from genre-bending and record-breaking album Cowboy Carter,” and she “is expected to bring along some special guests who are featured on the Cowboy Carter album.” That could mean anyone from Miley Cyrus to Shaboozey!

If she doesn't do “Texas Hold ‘Em,” we’ll eat our cowboy hats. She also used “Ameriican Requiem” in the teaser promo, so it might show up on the setlist.
