Sophia Rosing is getting exactly what she deserves and that is a reason to celebrate. Some of you may not remember that name but you may remember the story that made her go viral.
Back in November 2022, the extremely intoxicated 22-year-old blonde was the talk of the internet after millions of people in the wifi community watched her physically attacking a Black student named Kyla Spring who was trying to help her. Rosing racistly replied saying, “No, thank you. You’re a ni**er. You’re a b—h”. As a result, Rosing was arrested, charged, expelled, and banned from the University of Kentucky where she was close to graduating.

According to PEOPLE, on October 17, Fayette Circuit Court Judge Lucy Vanmeter sentenced Rosing to 12 months in prison. Rosing had previously pleaded guilty to four counts of fourth-degree assault, one count of disorderly conduct, and one count of alcohol intoxication. In addition to the prison sentence, Judge Vanmeter also ordered that she perform 100 hours of community service and pay a $25 fine. What that fine is supposed to do, we have no idea.

In response to the sentencing, Sophia’s lawyer tried to paint her as a poor innocent white girl who had just had too much to drink…
In a statement to PEOPLE, Rosing’s attorney, Fred Peters, called the sentence “extremely unfair and out of proportion” and “extremely harsh for a first offense where no one was hurt to the extent that they required any medical treatment whatsoever. Sophia was just completely out of her mind drunk. If there was a way we could appeal her sentence we would but unfortunately, I don’t think there is any grounds at the present.”
F*** Fred Peters and Sophia Rosing. They can both go to the exact same hell.
Fox56News reports that Rosing told the judge that she had never said “ni**er” before and that she would never say it again. Tuh. Good try, Becky. Go directly to jail. Do not pass “go”. Do not collect $200
