Bow Wow received the gift of a heartfelt speech from his daughter, Shai Moss, on Christmas Day.
On Wednesday (December 25), the family, including Bow and his mother, Teresa Caldwell, wore matching pajamas while Shai, 13, read the speech, which was dedicated to her father. While the rapper-actor, 37, shares Shai with Joie Chavis, Bow also has a 3-year-old son, Stone, whom he shares with model Olivia Sky.
Although emotional, Shai thoroughly read her speech while Bow listened intently and briefly danced while seated on the couch.
"You're my day one. I know if I need anything, I know to call you. I'm so happy God chose you to be my dad," Shai said. "I wish every little girl [could] experience having a father figure like you and have the relationship we have."
She continued, "Christmas is all about love, family and togetherness. I'm so thankful to celebrate Christmas with you. Thank you for being an incredible dad. I love you."
Bow returned an "I love you" to his oldest child before hugging her and saying, "My baby girl." "You know we Mosses. You gotta wipe them tears now. We gotta keep it tough now," he joked.
After sitting next to her grandmother, Shai said, "I wasn't supposed to cry, he was supposed to cry."
"Everyone's crying on Christmas," Bow said while looking into the camera and unwrapping a gift.
Shai became a second-time big sister in August after Chavis welcomed a baby girl with NFL player Trevon Diggs. Chavis also shares a 5-year-old son, Hendrix, with Future.
