From trust issues to a heated confrontation with an ex, the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7 couples had their major hurdles during episode 12.
90 Day Fiance’s Sunny Had a Confrontation With Veah’s Ex
Sunny and Veah are seemingly working past the U.S. native bringing her ex-boyfriend to South Africa, as they confirmed they had been intimate the night before.
Veah asked Sunny if he was willing to meet Rory, and although he was apprehensive about the encounter, he agreed for his girlfriend’s sake.
The trio met up over a game of pool, and Sunny immediately began questioning Rory about his intentions of accompanying Veah on her overseas trip. Rory told Sunny it was because she said she needed help, to which the South Africa resident asked if Rory would “leave her alone” and return home so they could start their relationship.
“If she tells me she’s happy with you and doesn’t need me in the country, I can respect that,” Rory replied. Sunny then turned to Veah and asked how she felt about that.
“I don’t want Rory to go home,” she replied, which garnered a shocked response from Sunny. “I’m still scared because of the fight we had the other day and I’m scared that there may be more fights like that. So, I just feel better if Rory stayed in South Africa.”
Sunny reminded Veah that the reason for their fight was Rory being on the trip and felt her harsh reaction to his question hinted toward lingering feelings for her ex.
“How she replied, that means her friendship is more important than relationship, can you see?” Sunny said. Although Veah said that “wasn’t true,” Sunny called Rory being on the trip “the problem.”
Meanwhile, Rory clapped back, saying he “didn’t care” if he was comfortable with him taking the trip with Veah. “You’re some dude she met on the f–king internet, I put my life on pause to give her the opportunity to f–king meet you,” he said fiercely. “And you’re too Goddamn ignorant to f–king appreciate it.”
Veah tried to de-escalate the situation, telling Rory that he didn’t need to call Sunny names. It didn’t work as Sunny was upset that Veah wasn’t telling Rory to go home and gave her an ultimatum of choosing one of them at that moment.
90 Day Fiance’s Joe and Magda Finally Met in Person
Producers finally got through to Joe, who answered the door to reveal he overslept. At the time, Joe had not packed yet and rushed to make his flight to the airport.
After making it at the airport, he realized he left his passport on the counter and had to return home. Luckily, he was able to make it on his plane just in time.
Producers introduced Madga for the first time during episode 12 as they went 24 hours back in time. The 23-year-old from Poland, who previously worked as a prison guard, expressed her intention to marry Joe and start a family together. What Joe didn’t know was that Madga had previously moved to Germany for her ex-boyfriend but returned to Poland three months later after learning he was cheating on her.
“I have issues to trust so we have to talk about a lot of things face to face,” Magda told producers.
Joe arrived in Poland, and the pair greeted each other warmly. However, it quickly took a turn when Madga told Joe that she wanted him to prove that he “wants to be with me and can take care of me.”
90 Day Fiance’s Brian and Ingrid Talked About the Future
It’s Brian’s final days in Brazil, and after an uncomfortable visit with Ingrid’s mother, the pair set off for a beach getaway in hopes of “solidifying” their relationship.
“I need a partner, someone to stand by me, sometimes I need help,” he told her, to which the Brazil native responded, “Some things I’m willing to help with, but I don’t want to be anyone’s mother or babysitter.”
This caused Brian to consider if Ingrid would be willing to step up as a caregiver to him as he ages.
90 Day Fiance’s Vanja and Bozo Were Stuck in the Friendzone
Vanja was still staying at her hotel without Bozo and FaceTimed her cousin to discuss the situation. She recounted how Bozo said he was not attracted to her and didn’t feel a romantic connection. Vanja’s cousin felt the Croatia native wasn’t being completely honest and hiding something.
Vanja met up with Bozo later that day, where he told her that he was disappointed they had not connected as much in person and apologized for his feelings changing. The pair were later joined by Bozo’s friends, where the belly dancer asked if the professional basketball player’s ex-girlfriend was still in the picture.
They said his ex-girlfriend has since moved on, adding that Bozo was “wasting time” with Vanja.
“I would have not come here if I thought I was gonna be friend zoned. He hasn’t even kissed me,” she told them over drinks. Bozo said Vanja was “too rushy” and said he planned to postpone the meeting with his mother in order to not “prolong the argument.” This infuriated Vanja, who decided she was “done with this” and stormed off.
“I just wanted this to be a fun night. But it became totally the opposite,” he said in a private interview. “It is better to be stopped.”
90 Day Fiance’s Rayne and Chidi’s Relationship Ended For Good
After their blow-up split, Rayne was headed to the airport to go home. She said the trip proved that Chidi did not love her. The mom of two felt Chidi may try and reach out to her again, but she vowed to not answer him.
Meanwhile, Chidi was sad to see Rayne leave and told his family that he was disappointed with how their relationship turned out.
90 Day Fiance’s Loren Met Faith’s Family
It was finally time for Loren to meet Faith’s family. Loren hoped the dinner with Faith’s family would go well so he could “get out of the friend zone” with the Philippines native.
“I want for us to get to know each other more,” Faith told her family as she revealed their platonic relationship status. “The feelings right now is just friends.”
Faith’s mother asked Loren if he loved her daughter. He responded, “Of course,” but clarified that he was only attracted to transwomen when the matriarch insisted on pointing out that Faith was “not a girl.”
“When I was young, my mom always told me not to have a boyfriend because you know, it’s hard to find a man who wants a real and honest relationship with a transwomen like me,” Faith said in a private confessional. “So it’s a big deal that Loren is meeting my family and I know my family wants to make sure his intentions are good.”
Although Loren charmed her family, Faith wanted to come clean to her family about the trust issues she had in the relationship and told them about the cheating and STD diagnosis while Loren was out on an errand.
“Do you know the illness of the whores?” Faith replied when her family asked why she considered Loren just a friend. In response, her sister recognized that the situation was difficult but said that Loren was “only human.”
