Carl Mullan and his wife Aisling are “over the moon” as they are expecting their third baby together.
The RTE star explained that the newest addition to their family will be arriving in early 2025 - so there’s not long left.
The couple previously welcomed son Daibhí in August 2021 and had daughter Éala during the same month last year.

Carl shared the exciting news in an adorable post featuring the family’s dog Angie, with each image slowly zooming in on the pooch’s hilarious expression.
He wrote: “That face when you hear number 3 is on the way. We are so incredibly over the moon to let you all know that we’re expecting baby number 3, and Daibhí and Éala will be getting a new brother/sister in early 2025.
“We cannot wait….bring on even more madness. Angie is buzzing with the news too as you can see”.
Friends of his took to the comments to share their congratulations and best wishes to the soon-to-be family of five.
Dancing with the Stars pro and recent first time mum Kylee Vincent said: “Congrats! Amazing news”.
RTE 2fm host Laura Fox wrote: “Ahhhhhhh amazing news Carl and Aish! You make the most beautiful babies. Congratulations!”

Carl recently opened up about how his life changed since becoming a father.
“I don't think I was fully mentally prepared before becoming a dad for what it would mean,” he said on Brendan O'Connor's RTÉ Radio 1 show.
“I often talk to people about the mourning of the loss of your old life. That's probably the biggest thing I've had to try and figure out.
“You realise, oh, it's gone. It is not coming back, I keep thinking it's coming back - it's not.”
