Carmen Bryan ‘who got pregnant during Jay Z affair’ attacks rapper after he’s accused of raping girl, 13, with Diddy

CARMEN Bryan - who claims she had an affair with Jay-Z and fell pregnant - has taken to Instagram to attack the rapper in the wake of allegations he raped a 13-year-old girl.

The 52-year-old musician wrote a telling post on her Instagram story that read: “These days people don’t defend what is right, they defend who they like!

“And that’s why we call you a ‘groupie’.”

Carmen, who wrote a book describing herself as the “hip-hop Helen of Troy”, also made a dig at her ex-lover by reminding her followers of his lyrics referring to himself "raping and pillaging".

Her relationship with Jay-Z is claimed have lasted between 1995 and 2000 - and sparked the feud between the rapper and rival Nas.

She posted the lyrics from Kanye West’s track Monster, highlighting Jay-Z’s lines: “Kill a block, I murder the avenues, I rape and pillage your village, women and children.”

This is the first time Carmen has waded in since Jay-Z, 55, was hit with bombshell allegations in a lawsuit that he raped a 13-year-old girl with former pal Sean “Diddy” Combs at an MTV VMAs afterparty in 2000.

A woman, named in court documents as Jane Doe, accused Jay-Z, real name Sean Carter, of taking turns with Diddy to rape her whilst an unnamed female celebrity watched on.

The fresh allegations form part of a lawsuit filed against Diddy, also 55, in October - refiled on Sunday to include Jay-Z, who is married to Beyoncé.

Carter has strongly denied all the accusations and branded a letter from the accuser’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee, “an act of blackmail”.

Carmen, who previously worked as an executive assistant in the record industry, claims she had an affair with Jay-Z behind the back of her partner Nas.

During the alleged affair, she fell pregnant and sadly suffered a miscarriage.

She claims the affair continued even while she was engaged to Nas, Carter’s arch-rival, who fathered her daughter Destiny in 1994.

Carmen says she finally washed her hands of Carter after being “disgusted” by him rapping about having sex with her in the song Supa Ugly.

Carter performed the track in 2001 in a rap battle with Nas.

He rapped about having sex in a Jeep and leaving behind used condoms in her daughter’s baby seat.

It is understood the song is about Carmen in an attack on her boyfriend Nas.

Fuming at the crude sexual lyrics, Carmen wrote: “Wrong move!

“That was the moment I lost all respect for SC [Sean Carter].”

Jay-Z later apologised for the song because he said his mom claimed it "went too far".

He said: "I didn't about women's feelings on [Bryan's] feelings, or even my mom."

Carmen confessed to Nas about the affair after Jay-Z released the track “Is That Your Chick” with Memphis Bleek in 2000 - an explicit song about stealing another man’s partner.

In her memoir, Carmen recalled that Nas phoned her at 3am to ask if she was the subject of the song, after he had dismissed rumours of an affair for years.

Carmen recalled saying: “Nas, it’s true… The rumours are true. I have been seeing Jay-Z.”

Carmen admitted all to Nas - that she and Carter had fallen into an intimate relationship five years earlier after becoming friends.

In an interview with VLAD TV in 2017, Carmen said she fell pregnant with his baby which she later miscarried.

“I believe I was three months, it was the first trimester. It wasn't anything crazy, it wasn't planned. It wasn't like: ‘Oh we are going to have this baby.’”

She also confessed she only told Carter about the pregnancy after the miscarriage.
