Paris Jackson’s Family Reportedly Have One Major Worry in Mind After Her Recent Engagement

When Paris Jackson announced her engagement to now-fiancé Justin Long on Dec. 6, fans knew exactly what to do. In the comment section, her followers flooded the singer-songwriter with positive comments and messages of congratulations. But, as it turns out, Jackson’s own family has some mixed feelings about it all.

According to new sources for Life & Style, Jackson’s family is skeptical about the music producer being interested in her inheritance. “Her family is worried about his intentions because Paris is set to come into nearly a billion dollars when she turns 33 thanks to her inheritance,” the source detailed of the late Michael Jackson‘s only daughter, who’s 26.

As a result, they’re anxious for Jackson and Long, who have been dating since 2022, to sign an “iron-clad prenup” ahead of their nuptials. “But Paris is so head over heels who knows what she will do,” the source said of her impulsiveness. “She doesn’t care that much about money, so it is conceivable that she’d do something impetuous.”

Per the source, Long hasn’t necessarily done anything to sound the alarms either, they’re just being cautious. “Justin has given no signs that he isn’t sincere,” the source said. “He does seem crazy in love with her.”

Luckily, the feeling’s mutual. “She’s fallen in love a lot over the years, but says she’s positive Justin is her soulmate,” the source said. “It’s not just the love of music that they share, he’s also very intentional and spiritual, she knows her dad would approve.”

As a reminder, Jackson announced the news of their engagement in a photo carousel for Long’s birthday. “Happy birthday my sweet blue,” she wrote on Instagram. “Doing life with you these last years has been an indescribable whirlwind and I couldn’t dream of anyone more perfect for me to do it all with. Thank you for letting me be yours. I love you.”
