Carole Radziwill Reveals End of Her Relationship: ‘Really Enjoy Being Free’

She’s a free woman! Real Housewives of New York icon Carole Radziwill just revealed that once again, she’s single. All of a sudden, it feels like there might be one more good summer left in her after all.

Carole shared the rare life update during a December appearance on DeuxMoi’s Deux U podcast. During the show, they talked about everything from her relationship with Andy Cohen to the scripted show she almost landed at Bravo. When she started talking about her love life, or lack thereof, we were surprised by what she revealed.

Now that Carole is no longer on reality TV, she told DeuxMoi that she enjoys keeping her romantic life private. However, she admitted that she recently got out of a relationship with a “great guy.”

“I don’t think of myself as single, I think of myself as free,” she said of the split.

Carole didn’t name the mystery guy, but she explained there were a few reasons why their romance didn’t work out. One of the biggest was the fact that they didn’t even live on the same continent.

“He was in London. I’m here,” the RHONY alum explained.

Although Carole didn’t offer up many details about this Londoner who briefly stole her heart, it’s safe to assume that there was an age gap in the relationship. She has a thing for younger men and theorized that it’s because she lost her husband in her thirties. She thinks she’s “spiritually” still there, which makes it hard to vibe with guys her age.

“If I meet someone in the mid to late thirties, there’s just an instant vibe,” she explained. “I like to say I grew up, I just didn’t get old.”

With that said, it doesn’t sound like she’s leaping at the opportunity to meet another thirty-something guy. She’s on Raya, which means she might be casually browsing her options. For the most part, she’s just enjoying the freedom in her life.

“Ultimately, I really enjoy being free, whether that means single or not. I’m more into my authentic self, this overused word, when I’m free,” Carole explained.
