This Morning: Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard open the show
Cat Deeley has reportedly made a decision on her This Morning future having joined the show as a full time presenter alongside Ben Shephard last March.
Fans will be thrilled to learn that she has seemingly signed a new contract which will bring her into spring 2026. However there is also some sad news as the star apparently won't be remaining wth the show on a long term basis like all her predecesors.
The 48-year-old mum of two, who is married to fellow TV presenter Patrick Kielty, is believed to be getting about £600,000 for another 12 months on the show from March next year up to the spring of 2026.
It is believed co-host Ben, 50, has also agreed to further extend his contract, meaning the duo will be on screen together for the foreseeable future.
“Cat was brought in alongside Ben to steady the ship and she’s done just that..." a source told The Sun.

“Cat signed a year-long deal with Ben last year and she’s agreed to another 12 months," they said.
"But Cat has confided to friends she is growing tired of it and will be looking for a new challenge when this deal expires in 2026.
“Cat loves This Morning and their output. She also adores her co-hosts and the crew. But she has zero desire to follow in Holly’s footsteps and become a long-running This Morning legend," they claimed.

Cat and Ben's time on the show has been marred by declining viewing figures following a strong start.
Over a million viewers saw the duo make their This Morning debut in March but by May an average of just 486,000 were tuning in.
However the yer end saw things on the up again as the show's Christmas Day special garnered had 1.1million viewers.
This meant ITV won the the festive 10am-noon slot for the fifth consecutive year.
