The Los Angeles Chargers gained a player back on both sides of the ball on Friday.
The team announced it has activated both cornerback Eli Apple and wide receiver Simi Fehoko off the injured reserve list per NFL insider Adam Schefter.
"Chargers activated CB Eli Apple and WR Simi Fehoko from injured reserve," Schefter said.
Apple suffered a hamstring injury in the first quarter against the Baltimore Ravens on Nov. 25 and has been out ever since.
The Chargers placed Fehoko on the injured reserve list on Nov. 6 after an elbow injury against the Cleveland Browns three days prior.
With Joshua Palmer (foot) sidelined for the game against Houston and Quentin Johnston (thigh) likely to play through his injury, Fehoko's presence as a depth wideout could offer significant assistance to the Chargers.
