Cher's family are said to be fed up of warning the songstress about her toyboy lover, Alexander 'AE' Edwards despite having fears over the relationship.
The 78-year-old Strong Enough singer and the music executive, 38, have been together for two years. However, despite appearing very much loved up with hands-on public displays of affection, the icon's family are said to be concerned. Despite their concern, it's thought the family are no longer trying to talk to the award-winning artist as she appears to remain blind to her lover's "true intentions".
A source close to Cher's son, Chaz Bono, said the family have been noticing "one red flag after another" in the relationship.

She claimed that he was not after her money but now he is literally getting paid an enormous amount of money for this new album and she is giving him creative control of it."
There was also concern regarding speculation that Cher was "strongly considering" changing her will to include her partner. With Cher hinting her next album will be her last before she retires, insiders say the family is wary she will pass on all of the profits to AE.
According to the Sun, the hitmaker gushed in excitement about her new "great" songs ahead of her next release. She admitted at the Lyceum Theatre in London on Tuesday, however, that it is "probably my last album".
Cher has previously appeared to praise her boyfriend after a fight broke out. "I'm proud of Alexander," she wrote on Instagram following the incident at the time. "He didn't start the fight against two men… He finished it, Gotta love him."
But this was also a concern for her family, according to the insider. They added to the Mail: "Her family was extremely concerned after she defended him getting into this brawl with Travis Scott because she condoned his violence."
Cher and AE began dating the fall of 2022. They are said to have first met at Paris Fashion Week. Despite criticism, she said on Twitter/X at the time. “LOVE DOESN’T KNOW MATH, IT SEES." She also added that her loved ones had given him their seal of approval and that he treats her like a “queen.”
The Oscar-winning star previously confessed she initially told the music executive and producer that she was “too old” for him after a mutual friend gave him her number. “I had been telling all my friends, ‘We’re too old to go out with really younger men, and I will never fall in love on text.’ So I did what I said not to do!” she told People.
