Get ready to add another name to Team Blake Lively AND Amber Heard!
Last week, the Gossip Girl alum filed a lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, accusing him of sexual harassment on the set of their movie It Ends With Us. She also claimed he launched an online smear campaign to hurt her reputation, with the help of his publicist, Jennifer Abel, and crisis management expert Melissa Nathan. Since then, many people have spoken out in support of and defended Blake, including Christina Ricci. And the Yellowjackets star is not just coming to her defense but Amber’s, too!

On Monday, Christina re-posted a post from writer Rebecca Woolf on her Instagram Stories that said:
“Re: Blake Lively (and Amber Heard TBH) misogyny exploits the jealousy women feel for each other — specifically when it comes to beautiful women & girls. The fact that ‘mean girls’ are always beautiful is no coincidence. The ease in which women are manipulated into hating each other (even feminist women) is something no one wants to talk about. This is (yet another!) reminder to question our willingness to burn ANY woman. That includes beautiful, successful women who dare to have a voice.”

As you know, despite the horrifying allegations against Johnny Depp, Amber faced a ton of hate online while defending herself during their defamation trial. It was so bad that she had to leave the spotlight! So, after the bombshell allegations against Justin dropped, the Aquaman star supported Blake because she knew all too well what she went through — especially to go up against Melissa Nathan, who Johnny hired during their trial. And for Christina to then show her support for Blake and Amber, even though she worked with Johnny in the past and has known him since she was a child, speaks volumes! Just sayin’!
