Sister Wives star Christine Brown and her family members joked about her sex life with David Woolley while going wedding dress shopping.
In a teaser clip for the Sunday, December 8, episode shared by E! News, Christine, 52, was joined by several important women in her life as she tried on dresses for her wedding to David, 60.
After she walked out in a lacy white gown that featured a V-shaped cut on the front, her daughter Mykelti Padron (née Brown) declared, “Your vagina looks really nice.”
“It looks like a vagina dress?” Christine asked as she made a V-shape with her hands in front of her private parts.
It turns out that Mykelti, 28, wasn’t the only person who saw the comparison, as Janelle Brown said in a confessional, “Leave it to Mykelti. Mykelti will always say what everybody else is not wanting to say.”
After Christine spun around in the gown, she said that she was “not wearing this dress” to her wedding in a confessional. “This is a little bit beyond my comfort level and a little bit – a lot beyond,” she said. “If it can be described just like that, I am not wearing this dress.”
Back at the bridal shop, Christine said she didn’t want a dress with the V-shape detail and instead would like flowers. One of the women then jokingly said about David, “I think he can find it without that.”
“Let’s hope he can find it without that,” Mykelti added, and Christine assured the ladies that David was “fine” when it came to their time in the bedroom.
Christine – who left ex-husband Kody Brown in November 2021 – confirmed her romance with David in February 2023, and they announced their engagement in April of that year. The couple wasted no time and tied the knot six months later in October 2023, and their wedding was featured during a January special on TLC.
The pair celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary on October 7 by penning touching tributes on social media. “Happy Anniversary [David]. Gosh, I love you. It’s been incredible to have you as my partner,” she wrote via Instagram alongside several photos from their relationship. “I feel so blessed to be married to you and I look forward to the rest of our lives together.”
While the couple has been married for more than one year, fans are just getting to see the early stages of their romance and wedding planning process on season 19 of the reality show.
During the November 10 episode, Christine and David took a major step in their relationship when they went house hunting together in Salt Lake City, Utah.
“David and I live apart and I’m done with that. So we’re going to live together and we’re going to go house shopping,” she explained in a confessional. “We’re looking at houses and we’re moving in together, like permanently buying a house, not just renting.”
Christine added that they wanted a “home big enough for all of our kids to come hang out in,” though she jokingly clarified that none of their adult children will “live” with them.
