Calling all coffee drinkers! A new study suggests that drinking coffee may lower the risk of early death. The health benefits have been found in people who drink their coffee in the morning. Another research also detailed the impact of coffee intake on cardiovascular disease, including coronary heart disease, congestive heart failure, and stroke.
However, negative side effects “can be particularly relevant to individuals who are sensitive to the effects of caffeine," said Annette Creedon, a nutritional scientist and manager at the British Nutrition Foundation. “Hence, the findings of this study do not indicate that people should start drinking coffee if they do not already drink it or that they should increase their consumption.”
