Last week, the Kar-Jenners posted from their exclusive pajama-themed event at Kim's mansion — notably taking place a month before the movie is slated to be publicly released. In attendance were none other than the movie's stars, Cynthia and Ariana Grande, in green and pink pajamas respectively.

Cynthia appeared to be a fan of the whole affair, commenting on Kris' post, "What a beautiful night!"

However, the event attracted some criticism on social media, given the remarkable privilege of the whole thing.

why didn’t they set up a private screening of wicked in a musical theatre school for kids in a low income neighborhood or something. like why the kardashians? that cannot have been the best PR move like truly i don’t get it.

In a new interview with Entertainment Tonight, Cynthia was asked about the event. She replied, "That was a lot of fun. Very emotional, lots of tears, and it was really, really sweet."
