Popular television personality Loraine Barry recently turned 60, and she’s looking as youthful and stunning as ever.
The Dancing With The Stars judge is readying herself for the return of the show with its eighth season, as she will be joined on the judging panel with former judge Arthur Gourounlian, Brian Redmond and DWTS’s new addition to the judging panel, Karen Byrne.
Following her recent 60 th Birthday, Loraine has revealed three of her beauty secrets for looking and feeling as good as she does.

According to the former professional dancer, there are three main aspects to keep her glowing and gorgeous: lots of sleep, her diet and getting Botox!
The star opened up about her intermittent-fasting diet, telling the Sunday Independent: “That, I think, is very beneficial. Not just for keeping weight under control but also for feeling better energy-wise.”
“I have my 11 dresses ready for next season and my dress designer said: ‘you haven’t changed’. It’s my way of life.”
She explained her daily routine: “I get up early in the morning, so I am up and out and working, and then around lunchtime, when I have a break, that’s when I eat something for the first time, at around 12.30pm. A piece of brown bread, egg with smoked salmon and cucumber or else a tuna salad or tuna wrap."
“Dinner is 6pm or 6.30pm and that’s salmon and vegetables and maybe mashed potato or sometimes no potato because I am aware of carbs too.”
It’s not all work and no play for Loraine though, as she admitted to having a pack of Maltesers “the odd time” as a treat.
The professional dancer also revealed that she decided to get Botox after receiving comments from one particularly observant viewer: her mother.
“I do a little bit of Botox in my forehead because I am so expressive. And I can actually tell you where that came from - my mother.
“She said to me, ‘stop frowning on the television.’ And I said ‘Mammy I’m not frowning, that’s me, my natural expression lines’. So now that’s the only thing I get done.
“I saw it myself then and I just thought, you know, I can see it.
“She just thought I was frowning a lot, and when I speak my emotions are there in my forehead. I have great empathy with all the dancers and the celebrities.”
Luckily Loraine will be back on our screens again very soon, as Dancing With The Stars will return on the 5th of January.
