Dave Grohl ditches divorce lawyer, working toward reconciling with wife after cheating, baby scandal: report

It’s times like these maybe she will learn to love again.

Dave Grohl is “no longer working with a divorce attorney” and hopes to “work things out with his wife” Jordyn Blum after welcoming a baby outside their marriage, an insider told People Friday.

A second source told the outlet that the Foo Fighters frontman “loves his family” and wants to remain as one unit.

The rocker shares three daughters with Blum: Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10.

“Dave’s been prioritizing his family,” the source claimed.

“He knows he messed up. It’s one of those situations where you don’t realize what you have until you’re about to lose it. He doesn’t want to lose his family.”

Page Six has reached out to Grohl’s reps for comment.

Grohl, 55, announced on Sept. 10 that he “recently” became a father to “a new baby daughter” but did not reveal the identity of the mother.

He said he had plans “to be a loving and supportive parent” to his newborn but confirmed he wanted to do “everything” in his power to regain his family’s “trust and earn their forgiveness.”

Despite his desire to save his marriage and family, People reported at the time that he had retained legal counsel ahead of a potential divorce from Blum, to whom he has been married for 21 years.

Adding to the divorce speculation, Blum was photographed out and about without her wedding ring weeks before Grohl’s bombshell baby news and during a private tennis lesson in Studio City, Calif., after he outed himself.

According to the Daily Mail, Grohl was “jealous” of Blum’s “flirty” relationship with her tennis coach, Christopher Crabb.

Page Six confirmed Crabb got married on Aug. 25, 2023.

While the baby news was not easy for Blum to handle, an insider told The Post that some of their friends think she knew about what was going on behind closed doors with Grohl.

However, the insider acknowledged that she may not have been aware of how serious his infidelity was.

Shortly after he confirmed he fathered a fourth child, the “My Hero” singer’s relationship with adult entertainer Annaliese Nielsen was exposed by The Post.

An insider told the publication the duo had a relationship “for years” and that she boasted about him paying her bills.

Nielsen confirmed they had a “brief friendship,” but denied it was more than that.

Meanwhile, his model ex Kari Wuhrer, told TMZ amidst his scandal that she heard “rumblings” about his allegedly ongoing infidelity for years.

Jennifer Finch, who dated Grohl in the ’90s, celebrated him as a fantastic father and friend while chatting to TMZ in September.

In early October, People reported that Blum had no trust left in her husband.

An insider claimed she’s leaning on friends and “is focused on her own life and her girls.”
