Too cute to handle!

Moore has made several public appearances with her miniature dog.

The 1.2 pound (roughly 500g) pup even appeared on the cover of Vogue, renamed Dogue, in August.

Speaking to Vogue France, Moore said Pilaf was her "travelling companion" and her "touchstone".

"She regulates the heart. She is a little healing, magical creature."

Moore made sure Pilaf was front and centre of her photos on the red carpet, tongue sticking out and all.

During an appearance on Graham Norton, Moore explained that her pup's tongue "does not stay in" because she lost her full set of teeth.
