Diddy's and Kim Porter's twins have shared a moving tribute to their late mum on the sixth anniversary of her death.
Jessie and D'Lila Combs took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message alongside a black-and-white photo of themselves as newborns with their mum. In the image, Kim can be seen holding one twin on her shoulder as she kisses the other.
The 17-year-old girls captioned the sweet photo: "We can't believe it's been 6 years without you. We think about you every single second of the day. We love and miss you so much words can't even explain. We wish you were here with us but we know your spirit will be around forever!! We Love you Mommy."

One more added: "Her spirit is with you always. I see a lot of her in you girls. She would be proud of the strong independent women you are becoming. Love you."
Kim, 47, died from pneumonia at her home in Toluca Lake, Los Angeles, California, on November 15, 2018 after suffering from flu-like symptoms in the days before. Diddy was among those attending Kim's funeral.
The late model and actress had an on-and-off relationship with Diddy between 1994 and 2007. The pair had three children together - 26-year-old Christian and twins Jessie and D'Lila. Diddy also helped to raise Quincy, Porter's 33-year-old son from her previous relationship with singer-songwriter Al B. Sure!.
After Diddy, 55, was arrested in New York in September and later charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, transportation and engaging in prostitution - allegations which he denies - many claims about Kim and the circumstances around her death began spreading online. Quincy, Christian, D'Lila and Jessie released a statement shutting down rumours about their mother, saying: "We have seen so many hurtful and false rumours circulating about our parents, Kim Porter and Sean Combs' relationship, as well as about our mom's tragic passing, that we feel the need to speak out."
They denied their mother ever wrote a book and went on to describe their heartbreak when she passed away. Their statement shut down any conspiracy theories about her death, with them writing: "Our lives were shattered when we lost our mother. She was our world, and nothing has been the same since she passed. While it has been incredibly difficult to reconcile how she could be taken from us too soon, the cause of her death has long been established. There was no foul play. Grief is a lifelong process, and we ask that everyone respect our request for peace as we continue to cope with her loss every day."
It comes after Kim's Words: A Journey for Justice from the Other Side... was released posthumously on Amazon. However, the 60-age book - which is said to be filled with grammatical errors and spelling mistakes - was later removed from Amazon with a spokesperson saying: "We were made aware of a dispute regarding this title and have notified the publisher. The book is not currently available for sale in our store."
