Diddy's twins spotted enjoying lavish New Year beach holiday as dad languishes in jail

Disgraced music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs is currently behind bars as he awaits trial while his twin daughters Jessie and D'Lila Combs headed on a luxury New Year getaway

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' twin daughters have kicked off their New Year celebrations in the Caribbean while he stays in jail.

The disgraced music mogul, 55, is currently behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he is awaiting trial after being charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, transportation and engaging in prostitution. He is expected to be locked up until his trial kicks off on May 5, 2025. Combs has strongly denied all allegations.

His daughters Jessie and D'Lila Combs, who recently turned 18, headed on holiday to St. Barts where they boarded a luxury yacht. They were seen with a friend ahead of New Year's Eve as they wore matching pink dresses. The identical twins wore gold necklaces with their names on as they both wore their hair in braids.

Combs has made a series of pleas for bail since being put behind bars. When reality set in that he wouldn't be out of prison for Christmas, Combs is said to have had a meltdown and begged guards to take him to the prison hospital for observation – which was denied. Sources claimed Combs believed he would be out on bail due to his "high powered legal team".

However, sources close to Combs told the Mirror that claims of a "meltdown" are "false". "Spending the holidays behind bars was a nightmare for him," a source said. They went on to add that after his "meltdown", he "eventually managed to calm himself down with the meditation technique he's been using while he's been behind bars. It took him a few hours of deep breathing and focusing to get out of the bad space he was in, but he finally managed it."

A source close to Combs told the Mirror that he didn't suffer a meltdown at all. They exclusively told us: "He continues to stay strong and focused on his defence. Although he missed his family on Christmas Day, a holiday he traditionally spends with his children."

Combs pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from a three-count indictment which accuses him of using his business, including Bad Boy Entertainment, to transport male and female sex workers across state lines for sexual activities known as "freak offs". A lawyer for the star has hit back at the accusations, telling The Mirror previously: "As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.

"That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
