Caught on Camera: Protected Ducks Shot Dead

A controversial video posted by Field Ethos, a hunting website founded by Trump Jr., appears to show the former president's eldest son standing over a pile of dead birds. Among them was the highly protected ruddy shelduck, which is illegal to hunt under both European Union and Italian wildlife laws.
"Great morning, lots of wigeon, teal. This is actually a rather uncommon duck for the area," Trump Jr. is heard saying as he points to the slain birds.
But was this a case of "ignorance," to quote one X commenter, or did Trump Jr. knowingly flout the rules?

Outrage in Italy: Politicians Demand Justice

Green Party politician Andrea Zanoni isn't letting this one slide. He has officially filed a complaint with judicial authorities, accusing Trump Jr. of violating multiple hunting laws.
"This is an outright disgrace," Zanoni fumed, blasting the apparent disregard for Italy's strict wildlife protections.
The politician is now pressing regional authorities to investigate and punish those responsible for the illegal hunt.
Could Trump Jr. face legal consequences on foreign soil? Not if the Trump admin has anything to say about it.

Team Trump Fights Back: 'We Did Nothing Wrong!'

As outrage explodes across Italy, Trump Jr.'s team is in full damage control mode. Spokesman Andy Surabian dismissed the accusations, claiming there were "countless other hunting groups present" and that the protected duck could have been shot by another party.
"Don takes following all rules, regulations, and conservation on his hunts very seriously," Surabian insisted, promising full cooperation with authorities.

Will Italy Crack Down on The Trump Hunting Scandal?

With the scandal making international headlines, all eyes are now on Italian authorities with many wondering if they will impose sanctions on Trump Jr., or if he will walk away unscathed.
Zanoni and environmental activists are pushing for strict enforcement, warning that wealthy Americans shouldn't be allowed to violate European wildlife laws with impunity.
"As the investigation unfolds, one question remains — will Don Jr. be held accountable for his controversial hunting trip? Probably not," a legal analyst shared on Facebook.
