Dunelm shoppers can take full advantage of a well-timed sale to keep themselves warm and cosy as the UK's freezing weather brings snow and icy conditions. As part of its January sale, Dunelm has slashed the price of its popular Borg Heatable Foot Warmer from £15 down to £10.50.

The simple solution for any who suffers from cold feet can be picked up in certain stores on the same day you order them. Alternatively, you can have them delivered to your door within a few days for a charge of £3.95.

Shoppers can avoid the predicted -12C conditions expected to sweep parts of the UK and stay cosy at home with this inexpensive gadget that promises "ultimate warmth and comfort". The foot warmer works quite simply with a microwavable heat pack inside a fluffy borg cover that's machine washable.

It's designed to take the chill off when home heating is off to enjoy some extra warmth. Dunelm customers can also browse through the store's 30% off sale with other body warmers in stock - including these £3.50 hand warmers in similar borg-style that'd be perfect for any home worker.

Shoppers had lots of positive things to share about the £10 foot-warming device. It has gained a near-flawless rating of 4.6 stars out five.

One person said: "This is what i am talking about!!! The warmest feet ever with this cosy little foot warmer 2mins throw the beads in the microwave than toast your feet for ages."

Another added: "Really good quality. It's so soft and fluffy - a treat for cold feet. A third shared: "Perfect size to get both feet in comfortably. It is easy to use and feels so soft. Heats up lovely."

Someone else said: "My feet are the warmest ever with this cosy little warmer. Just two minutes in the microwave then it keeps your feet warm for ages." One more wrote: "The best way to warm up cold toes in winter. This item is exactly as described and does the job perfectly."

But, not everyone was happy. One person claimed: "I bought this for my mum who is immobile so gets cold feet. After warming it in the microwave she put her feet in and said it was lovely then after 10 minutes we had to heat it again! The bead insert is heavy and it’s just not practical."

Another warned: "I heated it for the 1 min it tells you but it was still cold. I ended up heating it for over 6 mins and it was barely warm. The beads also feel kind of crunchy and unpleasant under your feet."

There are plenty of other options elsewhere if you're looking for solutions to keep warm during the cold weather. On Amazon, shoppers have been raving about the £12.99 Things2KeepUWarm Snuggles Furry Microwave Slippers.

Elsewhere, Debenhams shoppers can purchase these Hot Water Bottle Slippers for £13.99. The design doesn't rely on the microwave for heat, potentially fixing one of the common issues that Dunelm shoppers faced.
