Dwight Howard Shows Off New Fiancée After Ex-Girlfriend Royce Reed’s Public Exposé

Dwight Howard and Amy Luciani are choosing to shed light on their love and happiness instead of focusing on negativity. On Sunday (Dec. 29), both shared posts on Instagram showing off their engagement, with the NBA star uploading a clip of them on a boat paired with the caption: “POV you found her perfect person.”

Luciani followed suit with photos of the two in their first class seats on a plane, sharing a champagne toast and kissing each other on the cheek. Her caption read, “After all that … still committed.” She also included a screenshot within the carousel that said, “So private I could be at my own wedding and post a pic of the sky.” See both posts below.

Both declarations of love came after Howard’s ex-girlfriend Royce Reed created a new Instagram account @Ihadababybysuperman on Saturday (Dec. 28) to expose the “truths” about her relationship with the eight-time All-Star.

In the first post, Royce warned Howard that she’s ready to air out all of her grievances and has receipts ready to go. “You tried to drown me in attorney fees to keep quiet?! F**K YOU,” she typed. “I refuse to go into 2025 carrying this weight so let’s go! Imma post the texts and emails too if you keep playing with me and calling my bluff! I know about way more than you think I do so imma leave the initials R.E. to let you know it’s ON!”

Throughout the series of clips, Royce spoke about how Howard was not supportive of her goal to dance for her “dream team,” her Basketball Wives experience, and more. She accused Dwight of verbal, physical, and mental abuse.

However, Howard’s response to the exposé chose to focus on the positives in his life, as he stated to The Shade Room, “This is my HOF year. I’m getting married. God is amazing. And I’m so grateful and I wish Royce nothing but the best peace and blessings.”
