Eamonn Holmes was all smiles as he attended a glitzy Christmas lunch.
The 65-year-old GB News host was in good spirits as he posed for pictures on the red carpet at the 2024 TRIC Christmas lunch at The Londoner Hotel on Tuseday (December 3). The former This Morning star looked smart in a black suit and tie at the event and used a walking frame to support himself.
Eamonn, who suffers from chronic pain, posed for the cameras before tucking into some festive food. The Northern Irish presenter and his ex Ruth Langsford announced their split earlier this year after 14 years of marriage.

Eamonn recently admitted he cannot wait for this year to be over, saying: "It’s been a tough year and I’ll be glad to see the back of it." He added: "But there are lots of things to be grateful for and I hope that my health improves next year."
The broadcaster joined new girlfriend Katie Alexander, 43, at the event. The pair were first linked romantically earlier this year, but are said to have known one other for years.
Eamonn, who has battled health issues for years, had double hip replacement surgery in 2016 and admits delaying the op was the "word decision" he ever made. He had been suffering from hip, leg and back pain which was causing him sleepless nights.
"Waiting was the worst decision I ever made," he told the Telegraph. "After having both of mine replaced aged 55, I haven't had a single regret: in fact, it's been life-changing."
Discussing his back pain, he wrote: "A month ago I did something to my back. I don't know how I did it – getting into the car, getting out of a car, getting out of bed, whatever. I've got an MRI scan but the trouble is everything closes for Easter. I haven't got it analysed yet but what I do know is I can't sleep at night."
The star later discovered he had three slipped discs which were affecting the movement in his right leg, meaning he had to walk with a stuck. He had epidural injections to manage his pain, saying they 'helped to a degree but didn't cure the problem'.
He got spinal surgery in September 2022. He said of the procedure: "It went well - the doctor tidied things up and generally the pain has gone which is brilliant. The flip side is that it has now left me with an issue in my left leg, which would collapse unexpectedly."
Unfortunately, the issues with his left leg led to several falls, one of which saw him fall down 178 stairs at his Surrey home. "I just went back down the stairs, boom, boom, boom down the whole staircase until I hit the stone floor in the hallway," he told Mail Online. "Blood was pouring out my mouth and a bone was sticking out my shoulder."
Despite physiotherapy and other attempts to improve the situation, such as back stretches and ice-cold showers, Eamonn has admitted he's worried he will never walk again unaided. "I have tried every treatment but you go: ‘Maybe I’ll never get out of it,’ which is a harsh reality to face," he said.
